Registration

It is your obligation to email us every 6 months to renew your registration, or you will be removed from the waitlist. We give waitlist priority to the address catchment area for the schools we walk to for our Before and After school program: Earl Haig and Earl Beatty.   ​We will respond to confirm we received your registration within a few days.​     

We will contact you when a space becomes available.  Please feel free to email us at any time to check on the status of the waitlist or for any questions. We cannot guarantee a placement for any waitlist applicants.  Our waitlist is based on age and date requested by parents, on  a first come first served basis, and children are placed accordingly.  If a place comes open within a reasonable date of your request you will be offered the placement.
